Like its famous 19th-century predecessors, No. 663 does entirely without any kind of decoration, lacing, or closure. The only design elements on the smooth and supple calfskin shaft are elastic side inserts and a stitched-on pull tab at the back. At the same time, a striking square-toe last form lends this dark brown Chelsea boot a certain boldness.
